At tosi, we stand by our products and will do everything we can to ensure customer satisfaction. You are why we do this and we appreciate our customers' support.
Our returns policy is 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
If you purchased directly via our website, email support@tosiworld.com to initiate a return request. To be eligible for a return of an online order, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be sealed in the original packaging. If there is a product defect, contact support@tosiworld.com to inquire about a refund or exchange.
If you purchased through one of our licensed partners (for example, a smokeshop), return to the store to inquire about a return or exchange. In-store purchases are subject to that store's policies.
Please note that perishable goods cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase. There may be instances where we cannot accept a return, or where a partial refund is granted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 5-7 business days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email support@tosiworld.com and we'll instruct you where to send your items.
